         office. If you choose to purchase hearing aids through our benefits, you also qualify for:
-         Discounts from 30% to 50% off of manufacturer suggested retail prices for hearing aids
-         A 2 year supply of free batteries
-         2 year warranty on the hearing aids
-         Office service (including retests, cleanings and adjustments) are included for the lifetime of
          the hearing aids
-         A 60-day trial period to decide if you want to keep your hearing aids
